National Boss Day is celebrated every year on 16 October to recognize all supervisory positions by their juniors for the support and motivation they had received from their seniors. National Boss Day was started in 1958 by Patricia Bays Haroski who registered this day with the Chamber of Commerce of the United States to show appreciation for her boss and other bosses. Since she forget her father's birthday who was her boss because she was working in her father's State Farm Insurance Company. To remember this day, she choosen 16th October.
